About the Role
We're growing and looking for a driven, strategic, and people-first Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach and build strong relationships with business owners, referral partners, and industry associations.

What You’ll Do
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on construction, trades, and energy industries.
Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts — from first conversation to signed engagement.
Build relationships with accountants, lawyers, associations, and ecosystem partners for referrals.
Conduct discovery calls to understand business pain points and position our CFO services as the solution.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.
Represent Topspin Finance at events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in professional services, finance, or consulting
Proven ability to sell to small and mid-sized business owners (bonus if in construction or trades)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you're a great listener and a trusted advisor
Comfortable in a remote environment and able to self-manage with accountability
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and consultative sales methodology
Bonus: Experience selling fractional services, financial advisory, or working with CFOs
