Topspin Finance is a Fractional CFO firm that helps growing businesses turn their financials into answers. We work with business owners across a variety of industries — providing the financial leadership, reporting, cash flow management, and decision support they need to grow with confidence.

Unlike a traditional accounting firm focused on compliance and year-end filings, we work alongside clients throughout the year — helping them understand profitability, improve cash flow, and prepare for future growth, transitions, or sale. Our clients are growth-stage businesses across Southwestern Ontario.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a motivated co-op student who wants exposure to the real-world side of business finance. You'll work directly with a Fractional CFO, supporting multiple businesses — seeing firsthand how financial information drives decisions, solves problems, and supports growth. This is a hands-on role, not a coffee-and-filing placement.

You'll also gain practical experience using AI tools to improve business processes, conduct research, analyze information, create content, and increase productivity – skills that are becoming increasingly valuable in modern finance and business leadership.
